Customer Service Representative 1 - International

Cardiac Science Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will deliver a high level of service to Cardiac Science's customers.

The International Customer Service Representative will deliver a high level of service to CSC’s global customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Generate quotes and pro-forma invoices according to contractual specifications. Accurate order entry ensuring all information is correct. RMA creation & Follow-up on non-returned parts and enter invoice as required.
• Accurate and thorough review of Terms & Conditions for all purchase orders. Comprehension and effective administration of purchase order and L/C terms and conditions.
• Understanding, compliance and enforcement of US export regulations. Work closely with QA/RA regarding ship hold issues and other international issues for successful shipment of units in various different languages.
• Work with Area Managers and International Sales staff for order resolution and customer satisfaction. Effective communication with freight companies to ensure timely shipments by understanding logistics to minimize shipping and handling cost
• Organize and maintain all required paperwork, records and documentation. Provide special documents for custom clearance and product registration. Sales support to gather information from other departments and order/ ship brochures and other sales tools and equipment.
• Provides suggestions for improvement of departmental processes. Continuous efforts to enhance international order entry and shipping process – striving to streamline the process.
• Maintains professional demeanor during all interactions with customers. Works effectively and efficiently to resolve customer issues or escalates to Team Lead. Provide counsel/guidance to other departments regarding international issues.
• Administration of OEM accounts. Complete special projects as needed

The selected candidate must have 2-4 years related experience in customer service or sales order processing. The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn CSC products and medical/legal terminology associated with purchase orders, bids and quotations. High rate of data entry accuracy and detail attention required. Experience with International product distribution is a plus. Foreign language skills may be helpful in this position. Working knowledge of Microsoft office products: Outlook, Word, Excel and Access are required. Knowledge of Syteline ERP System is a bonus. Must be able to communicate effectively in both the written and verbal form. Some overtime required.
