Statlab Medical Products, a pathology laboratory supplier for over 20 years, has an immediate opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative.  This position works Monday – Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is currently located in Lewisville, TX. 

 

Please note: the company will be re-locating to McKinney during the late summer of 2008.

Job Overview:  This position is responsible for all duties and routines related to maximizing the customer’s experience and overall perception of Statlab Medical Products.  This position performs a wide variety of duties including: order entry, troubleshooting, invoicing, follow up, as well as other customer and co-worker support. 



Primary responsibilities for this position include:

·  Reports to the Customer Service Manager

·  Answer incoming calls

·  Sales Order Entry

·  New Client Set Up

·  Sales Support

·  Invoicing

·  Other duties as assigned

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

·  High school Diploma or equivalent, college experience

 preferred

·  2 years Customer Service experience preferred

·  Experience in medical product field helpful but not required

·  MAS90 or MAS200 experience very helpful

·  Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word,

  Outlook)

·  Excellent computer skills

·  Effective written and verbal skills

·  Excellent attention to detail

·  Excellent problem solving skills

·  Cheerful, positive attitude toward providing excellent

  customer service and support

·  Must be a team player

·  Ability to work with minimal supervision

·  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

 

This position will earn $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. 

 

Successful candidate will be required to pass a background screen and drug test.
