We are currently seeking a Customer Support Representative at our Marcon Blvd. facility. The purpose of this position is to respond to the needs, concerns, and requests of B. Braun customers in regard to orders, pricing, product information and availability. The representative will establish and maintain relationships with customers that result in customer loyalty to B. Braun, and is responsible for all customer interface and handles all incoming customer calls.A qualified candidate will fit the following profile:Must be able to work with individuals at all levels of the company, have the ability to handle all types of situations, work on multiple tasks & meet deadlines. Must speak French fluently.Must be computer literate – MS Office & SAP. Strong verbal & written communication skills are required.The following skills are preferred but not required:Bachelor’s Degree and two-plus years customer service experience.
