Diagnostic Sleep - Sales Consultant Viasys:

 

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:Identify and develop sales prospects to produce maximum sales volume for corporate products and services.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Present Company to customers by providing product, pricing, literature, clinical evaluations and general sales support.Follow corporate sales policies and procedures for pricing, quotations, product configuration and discounting.Effectively utilize clinical application support and interact with customer service and other support personnel throughout the Company.Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales track database and provide management with sales forecasts, competitive information, consignment locations and lost business analysis.Manage territory expense budget.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None

 

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:Implement, coordinate, contribute and assist with other projects as assigned, including team participation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill and/or experience required.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent educational experienceMarketing or other related discipline or equivalent work experience.Must be a Registered Polysomnographer.Prior medical and capital equipment sales or marketing experience.Basic knowledge of PC operation and MS Windows applications.Excellent verbal, oral and written communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Frequent travel, including overnight stays.
