Position Description


Director, Financial Reporting & Consolidations


$700M+ rapidly growing medical device company seeks Director, Financial Reporting & Consolidations who will be responsible for leading the internal and external reporting functions as well as overseeing the consolidation of monthly results for the company.  The position will also be responsible for researching accounting issues, staying abreast of accounting standards that affect the company, as well as coordinating the external audit and quarterly reviews for the company.  This person will be responsible for managing the department with both direct and indirect reports of approximately 7.


Qualification Requirements

Ideal candidate will have 7+ years experience with a mix of Big 4 public accounting in addition to private industry accounting in a management capacity.  Candidate must have SEC reporting experience and a strong knowledge of GAAP.  Experience managing a consolidations function within a multi-currency environment a plus but not required.  CPA required.
