District Sales Manager
OPPORTUNUTY:
Become a part of a one of the most respected names in the health products industry. We are currently assisting in the search for a District Sales Manager for the Kansas City / St. Louis maket.
RESPSPOSIBILITIES:
To provide leadership, strategic direction, and drive towards attainment of quarterly and annual sales goals for the specified district. Drive the day-to-day business results to include: Management of District financial plan. Selection and development of Territory Managers. Coaching, training and motivating of Territory Managers. Management of geographies within the District. Maintain high level of communications with all levels in the organization. Analysis of data to develop and implement district strategies, account business plans, respond to market changes, and establish goals and tactics. Work with Marketing organization to develop product marketing plans and successful implementation on a district basis. Maintain an in depth knowledge of customer and competition. Work cross functionally as needed to assist in Sales of products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS required - MBA preferred. 10+ years Sales experience with well documented, proven sales success. Prior Sales Management experience is required with well documented, proven goal attainment. Strong analytical skills necessary. Computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, prior experience in Marketing a plus, prior technology and or medical training a plus.
