EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT FOR BUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

THIS IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACT ASSIGNMENT

Our client, one of the premier medical device companies for aesthetics applications, is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their Customer Service department. You will report directly to the Customer Service manager, and your duties and responsibilities will be assigned progressively, based on your experience, strengths and departmental needs.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Send, receive and distribute faxes, email and US mail

2. Perform research in hard copy files and customer database

3. Misc. filing and general administrative tasks

4. Enter sales orders, RMA's, support tickets and customer feedback into database

5. Collaborate with other departments to research and resolve customer and internal inquiries.

6. Respond to internal customer inquires in a positive manner and with a sense of urgency

7. Process Agreement documents

8. Create customer letter using standard templates

9. Manage database of customer accounts and create standard reports

10. Complete special projects as necessary and assigned

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years Administrative Assistant experience

-Minimum of 1 year data entry experience

-Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software skills using Word and Excel

-Database knowledge and experience is a plus
