Mechanical Engineer II:Designs, fabricates, modifies and evaluates complex mechanical, electromechanical and pneumatic devices and systems.Performs development utilizing knowledge of mechanical engineering theory and design.Compiles and evaluates design and test data, prepares technical specifications and other design documents.Analyzes, develops and recommends design approaches required to meet production requirements.Coordinates with technical support personnel to conduct prototype or experimental runs for products or processes.May direct the activities of drafters, designers, technical writers, technicians and machine shop personnel.

Required:
One of the 3 requirements must be met:High School Diploma with 10 years experienceBS in Mechanical Engineering with 2-5 years experienceMS in Mechanical Engineering with 0-2 years experience

Preferred:Previous medical device related design experience
