Experience: Minimum of five years of experience as an Executive Assistant. Ideal if candidate has experience with a medical device company and/or within an entrepreneurial organization.

Strong organizational capabilities Must be able to multi-task Enthusiastic personality and high energy A quick learner and adaptable to a changing environment Must be able to work autonomously, but be a team player Exhibits impeccable communication skills Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Keynote, Email and the internet Experience in organizing and planning travel itineraries and other corporate events
