FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Medical) - Los Angeles, CA

BERCHTOLD Corporation provides the finest in innovative surgical lighting, power boom management systems, and related equipment for hospital operating rooms. We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Representative in our Los Angeles, CA territory.

You will provide onsite installation, repair, warranty and preventative maintenance work on Berchtold products, completing and submitting all necessary documentation within the established timeframe. You will actively promote and sell Preventative Maintenance Contracts on applicable products, represent the company in a professional manner during all contacts with customer personnel, and hire temporary personnel to assist in equipment installation as required.

This position requires an Associates degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent experience, proficiency in electrical and electronic testing and repair, ability to use architectural and products drawings, wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Knowledge of hospital environment a plus. Frequent travel to customer sites is necessary. Interested applicants should have a van or truck.
