As our Instruments Production Supervisor, working in our Sunnyvale, CA office we will look to your prior success hiring, motivating and developing production personnel to lead and mentor our team as they follow procedures, meet high quality standards and adhere to our high-volume productivity requirements. Your proven track record of supervisory success in a fast paced, multi-focused work environment will aid you as you work to update and revise manufacturing process instructions (MPI's) and resolve any production issues that may arise. Your direct yet engaging communication style will allow you to easily present quality data, as well as production performance data including hours accuracy, scrap, time lost accuracy, device history accuracy, first pass cycle counts and first pass yields. This is the ideal position for the supervisor who values fairness while developing and maintaining the highest quality standards and lean manufacturing procedures.
