Our rapidly growing company, with over 2500 dedicated employees, is currently seeking highly accomplished International Sales Administrator committed to taking us to even higher levels of growth, innovation and customer service. Our opportunity is located at our Miltex site in York, PA. Miltex, Inc., is one of the largest and most respected suppliers of hand-held surgical and dental products serving the healthcare dealer market.
The International Sales Administrator will be responsible for the following: Supports the International Sales Department in coordinating daily correspondence from the international customer base.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
· Field customer calls by phone if International Sales Account Manager is unavailable.
· Reply to all customer e-mails if International Sales Account Manager is unavailable.
· Processes orders by coding orders for data entry, confirming prices, payment details, shipping instructions and confirming if the order is to be shipped complete.
· Prepares new product mailings to be sent out to the customer base.
· Tracks shipments of merchandise and supplies proof of delivery upon request of customers.
· Issues return material authorization numbers, (RMA), for return of merchandise and notifies customers of repair costs for proper authorization.
· Records customer contact details in customer database for future mailings.
· Files shipped orders that have been matched to original orders.
· Responds to customer inquiries for pricing, availability, catalog numbers and product information including entering literature orders for customers as needed.
· Forwards all quotes to the Quotes Department for processing, and files them.
· Gives and welcomes constructive feedback; contributes to building a positive team spirit.
· Treats others with respect; works with integrity and ethically; upholds organizational values.
· Monitors and observes the company’s safety policies and procedures at all times.
· Monitors housekeeping within supervised departments.
· Any and all other duties as assigned by Director of International Sales.
Minimum Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Education
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school. Minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking English and Spanish.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of manufacturing software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Internet skills.
