GENCO Supply Solutions has an immediate opening for an Inventory Control Supervisor for our 425,000 sq. ft. distribution center located in Redlands, CA. Facility operates 2 shifts with 85+ teammates.

The position is responsible for:
Managing direct reports as a team establishing common objectives with joint accountability among team members.Maintaining the integrity of the inventory of the facility through cycle counts and various audits.Providing advice, counsel, and guidance relative to teammate training and adherence to SOP's especially as it relates to maintaining inventory integrity.High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to analyze complex transactional processes.Ability to demonstrate they actively check for accuracy of data received or generated before passing them on.Demonstrating initiative. Pursuing opportunities and taking action before being asked.Two-way communication and a feeling of a group identity known as an integral part of the larger organization.

Required Skills


The successful candidate will have:
Three (3) plus years experience in inventory control, cycle counting and quality assurance experience at a supervisory level.SAP experience and knowledge of High-level programming (Visual Basic) helpful.SQL knowledge a plus.WMS System knowledge.Knowledge of Excel, Access and other business software such as Word and PowerPoint.Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills for resolving challenges and opportunities.Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; written and verbal.Effective communicator and demonstrates how to solicit others for ideas and create buy-in from staff.
