We have an immediate opportunity in our Dallas, TX territory for:Key Accounts ManagerResponsibilities: Represent the full line of Children's Medical Ventures product offerings to GPO's and IDN's. Monitor account production, growth, through value analysis and cross reference analysis. Participate in RFI, RFP process with contract administration at national accounts. Responsible for financial business reviews with contracted customers. Understand and have knowledge of Respironics' people and processes as they relate to customer service, product and technical support, financing and shipping. Attend National/Regional shows to promote contracts with members. Support customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship, seeking customer feedback, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty.Requirements: BS/BA level degree in disciplines related to sales, marketing, general business, or clinical studies that are tied to the core market segments of the company; Clinical certification helpful but not required. Minimum 5 years selling durable medical equipment and disposables to hospitals, homecare dealers, etc. Preference for experience with selling neonatal, pediatric related products; Consultative selling skills highly desired. Working knowledge of National/Regional JIT distributors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred; Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Experience with SAP business software, preferred.
