Required: BS degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical, Chemistry, Plastics) and a minimum of 5 years experience in quality & validation from the medical device or pharm industry with a minimum of 3 years management experience, along with the following: Strong experience directing & guiding validation programs Experience with calibration (metrology) Design control experience Statistical knowledge Product transfer experience
