We are currently seeking a Manager of Sales Operations for our Charleston, SC territory. We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.
JOB SUMMARY: This role will positively impact home care revenue growth by identifying and managing initiatives that increase sales force productivity and operational efficiency. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tools. Direct and manage the ongoing administrative and operational support functions of the home care sales organization. Function as the primary liaison between the Sales management and Field Sales organization with the Field Service organization, CPS organization and Marketing team facilitating cohesive relationships and collaboration.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify projects, processes, and tools that will enhance sales force productivity. Work across organizational functions as necessary to gain buy-in and implement said initiatives.Develop high visibility collaborative relationships with key personnel in other functional areas of the organization and represent home care sales and operations interests as appropriate in these organizations.Work directly with Home Care Sales Management team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactical plans that drive revenue growth.Manage the administrative and operational support functions of the sales organization.Participate in the creation of revenue forecasts and sales budgets during the annual business plan and throughout the year.Ongoing analysis and reporting of performance to revenue and expense objectives.Participate/collaborate with Marketing working to support the Sales needs both on sustaining products as well as on new product launches.Manage sales reporting working with Finance, IT and CPS to ensure that a monthly reporting system is developed and maintained ensuring clear visibility to revenue – billed and unbilled, territory reports providing results for each territory at the customer / referral source level for improved territory management and strategic planning.Manage and measure operational functions unique to home care sales (i.e. Capping units, Hostage units, bed holds, charity units, etc.)Manage product availability working in conjunction with Sales management, field Sales, Service, Manufacturing.Administration of sales support activities related to new hires and/or turnover of sales employees.Direct staff of 1-2 administrative resources. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. 5-10 years work experience in Sales Administration and/or Operations.Demonstrated record of managing information, people (direct or indirect) and projects.Demonstrated record of working on project teams and multitasking.Familiarity with regulatory and claims processing policies of federal, state, and/or corporate insurers. Experience in health care administration, home health, or home medical supply.Excellent interpersonal leadership skills in communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and persuasion at all levels of the organization.Self-motivated and flexible to changing schedules.Proven problem solving expertise.Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.Able to travel overnight when required.
