Manufacturing Engineer

A Manufacturing Engineer is now sought by The BECO Group, the Midwest's largest Engineering and Technical Services Consulting firm.

Experienced Manufacturing Engineer is needed to work at our client's site in Kenosha, Wisconsin. This Manufacturing Engineering position involves developing manufacturing processes and CNC programming to optimize manufacturing times including cycles and processes. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-implement cost reduction/reduce scrap and waste
-develop routing and standard times
-assist in design reviews
-lead person for FMEA's
-Implement deviations/ECN documents and routh through approval and release

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
-blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
-knowledge of CAD CAM for designing and manufacturing
-experience in the area of manufacturing operations.
-experience in product development
-good oral and written communication
-familiar with the design cycle and fda documentation.
-machine shop environment
-ability to write G and M code

-medical industry background a plus
