Marketing Associate

We are looking for a bright & eager candidate to join our successful team as a Marketing Associate.  This entry-level position is a great opportunity for a recent college graduate or someone with 1-2 years experience in a marketing related position.  It is often viewed as a training position with a goal of promotion within MarCom or a position within other departments at Xoran.

Responsibilities Obtaining and tracking website, eNewsletter, and advertising online metricsMaintain knowledge of the Xoran business (products, audiences, markets, sales prospects, sales trends, competition)Maintain market database with current addresses and practice names Maintain knowledge of current medical device industry issues Serve as the main contact for media vendorsAct as sales liaison between MarCom and Sales Track current MarCom inventory Maintain production calendar Perform all other projects and duties as assigned Comply with all applicable SOP's and maintain compliance with FDA and ISO Work closely with all members of the MarCom team to complete various tasks and assignments Proactively and continuously improve Xoran's internal processes, products and services

Requirements Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications or equivalent work experienceAbility to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with other managers, staff, and the public is vital Ability to use common sense, creativity, flawless written and verbal communication skills, and problem-solving ability/initiative Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail, must be able to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to travel, if required
