We have an immediate opportunity in our Pittsburgh, PA territory for:Marketing Services ManagerResponsibilities: Manage daily activities to support overall marketing activities and oversee the marketing support team (sales liaison, tradeshow planner and market research analyst). Manage the ChMV brand to ensure that positioning and messaging is aligned with the ChMV strategy and reflected consistently across all product lines. Work with product managers on downstream marketing activities (planning/managing promotions, launches and marketing plans). Work closely with Corporate Marketing Communications and select vendors to execute marketing plans. Work closely with Inside Sales to coordinate marketing and promotional activities. Develop tradeshow strategy including messaging and show attendance requirements for both regional and national meetings. Thoroughly analyze show participation, prospective shows and competition. Identify key challenges / opportunities that impact the program. Develop lead qualification and management system to track leads/sales from tradeshows and other marketing activities. Develop and communicate metrics to quantify ROI and effectiveness of programs vs. objectives. Recommend timely adjustments based on changes in marketing objectives and market conditions. Work with MarComm / Marketing to develop messaging, graphics strategy and show / event communications plan. Develop promotions strategy for ChMV to target groups such as Group Purchasing Organizations, National Accounts and/or specific clinician or consumer groups. Manage overall marketing activities calendar and oversee allocated budget.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field with relevant experience. Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing, Marketing Communications or related field. Experience managing downstream marketing activities such as tradeshow planning, market research, direct marketing, and/or marketing program development. Healthcare or medical device marketing experience desirable. Demonstrated success working with all levels of management in medium- to large-sized global organizations, and in leading teams. Proven ability to develop and implement programs and processes that impact business results. Proven track record in managing small and large shows/events.
