Mgr Corporate Real Estate

Administers the acquisition, lease, sublease and disposal of land and buildings required for company-wide operations. Leads the negotiation and directs the activities of RE brokers and consultants for the acquisition of leased and purchased properties. Prepares and coordinates legal documentation pertaining to the lease or acquisition of properties. Responsible for the maintenance of all records, leases, purchase agreements, rent schedules, RE reports and related documents. Addresses short and long-range space requirements for the corporation. Ensures that all department processes are well documented and support mission critical business needs.QualificationsBS degree in Business Administration or equivalent related experience. Ten (10) years related experience in Commercial/Industrial Real Estate. Demonstrated competence in construction, facility layout, site evaluation and project management. Proficient in Real Estate transaction management and owner representation.
