National Account Manager

 
Uplift Technologies is a manufacturer of Mobility Devices and SAD lights for the Health Care Industry worldwide. We are currently seeking a dedicated US Based National  Account Manager to become a valuable member of our expanding Sales/ Customer Service Team.

 

Responsibilities:

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing and is responsible for attaining new business while maintaining our major Accounts which includes Home Medical Equipment Chains, HME Wholesalers and Retail Drug Chains.

 

Specific duties include:Developing long-term, trusted business relationships with all key corporate accounts New business acquisition activities including prospecting (cold calls), qualifying and closing Developing an annual business plan, identifying specific tactics to be taken and the measurable goals to be achieved. Presenting and implementing programs and promotions to corporate accounts Attending national trade shows, association shows, sales meetings and conventions Working with Inside Sales Reps and Independent Reps to achieve business goals Negotiating contract terms and pricing in alignment with Uplift Technologies objectives Identifying and leading activities to capitalize on new sales and business development opportunities with customers

 

Qualifications: Strong new business development skills, hunting focus Demonstrated ability to develop a plan, implement effectively and deliver results Proven record of success in growing and maintaining a territory; channel development Experience calling on and building relationships with key corporate decision makers Experience coordinating activities of resources such as inside and outside sales reps to achieve desired results Effective making formal or informal presentations to small and large groups Ability to work independently Aggressive, passionate, experienced, confident and strong 5+ years sales experience Strong assets: Prior experience in Home Healthcare, Rehab or Medical field; experience working for a manufacturer Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business

 

Extensive Travel is required. When you are not traveling time will be spent cold calling/prospecting, setting up appointments and building stronger relationships with your accounts via the phone.

 

Remuneration:

Competitive salary and results based incentive depending on experience and qualifications.
