Globally positioned has manufacturing facilities in several domestic and international markets. We have an immediate opportunity in our Mukilteo, WA territory for:OEM Sales CoordinatorResponsibilities: Coordinate and execute activities related to the lead generation, sales order processing and customer contact, order management, accounting, marketing, and business development processes.Develop plans regarding the management of the National Account contracts, corporate account database, sales forecasting, and the assignment of company vehicles for the sales team.Collect, qualify and respond to customer inquiries and unqualified leads generated through incoming telephone, email, website and referral traffic, as well as certain leads produced through tactical marketing activities (tradeshows, direct mail, ads, etc).Responsible for initial and ongoing communication with customer contacts, establish a basic understanding of customers' needs, gather information necessary to qualify and prioritize leads, and identify opportunities of high strategic and financial value.Engage the customer contact as needed to facilitate information exchange, including preparing and distributing product literature to customers, provide product pricing information, and generate and respond to customer correspondence as required.Manage customer information in the sales management database, monitor trends, prepare reports for sales organization performance review and strategic business decision purposes.Work closely with Sales management to manage the individual quote and proposal process from request to delivery.Establish solid relationships and communications throughout the organization, including technical Support, development, accounting, and marketing, to promote customer satisfaction and help ensure repeatable successful outcomes for all customer-related activities.Assist with trade show and sales call preparation, including gathering together all needed materials and business analysis reports.Requirements: BS/BA degree highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales or sales-focused environment for technical, scientific or healthcare-related products. Experience with reviewing and analyzing financial data, required. Demonstrated ability to multi-task in both administrative and professional tasks.
