Job Description:  

Millstone Medical Outsourcing, located in Fall River, MA is looking for a competent individual to be the Operations Supervisor at our Memphis Distribution Center.  Millstone’s Memphis core business focus is loaner kit processing and distribution of medical devices.  Millstone also engages in other activities, such as mechanical inspection and assembly, which are designed to meet the outsourcing requirements of medical device manufacturers seeking to reduce costs while maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy and timeliness.  

 

Candidates will be responsible for the daily operations of the Memphis Distribution Center on the second shift (12:00 pm to 8:30 pm).  The individual in this position will work with various customers and must meet the specifics/requirements of each unique, individual customer.  In addition, the Supervisor will recognize and resolve problems affecting operations.  The Operations Supervisor also ensures that operators are following required duties and tasks as prescribed by Millstone SCP’s and DWI’s.  Assist in operational and quality issues that operators encounter during kit inspection and shipping operations.  Assist in process improvement initiatives.  Support and assist training of new operators.  

 

Skills Required:  

A High School Diploma along with five years of relevant work experience is required.  Candidates must be computer literate and proficient with key PC software (Microsoft Office).
