CCS Medical is currently hiring for our PATIENT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE position in Roanoke, VA.

The PSR is specifically responsible for processing medical supply orders for our diabetic patients by:Completing outbound calls regarding reorder shipmentsObtaining verbal authorization, respond to patient inquiriesReceiving incoming patient calls as neededAdvising patients regarding their supplies, answer questions pertaining to insurance, billing and documentation; update patient filesMeeting department goals for quality and productivity

CCS Medical offers starting pay of $11.50 per hour.  Employees working a shift until 8:00 pm or later qualify for a 5% shift differential, paid for all hours worked.

 

Schedule: Evenings until 9:00pm and one weekend day (two consecutive days off)

**Sunday -Thursday (off Friday and Saturday)  OR Tuesday - Saturday (off Sunday and Monday)

 

Requirements:

2+ years customer service / inside sales experience preferred.  Strong analytical and computer (Word, Excel) skills required.  Individuals with insurance / medical / bilingual backgrounds are highly desirable.  A full background check and pre-employment drug screen are required.
