Payroll Processor - Immediate Needs!

Currently, we have immediate need for a Payroll Processor to join our Corporate Shared Services team located in Collegeville, PA. About the Opportunity:
The Payroll Processor is an integral part of our Shared Services team, ensuring that payroll from all our locations is processed in a timely and accurate fasion. This is a mission-critical role to ensure the satisfaction of our entire employee base!
KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Review interface reports detailing data entered by HR designees Import electronic files into ADP PCPW Review and adjust imported data in ADP pay data batches or manual entries as needed for additional/late transactions affecting the current pay period Identify and enter “prior taxable” information for company code transfers Review garnishment documents and enter in ADP PCPW Enter manual entries in ADP PCPW for Relocation Allowances, Tuition Reimbursements, Gross-ups, etc. Review ADP Audit Reports and ensure SOX compliance before transmitting to ADP Transmit payroll files to ADP Download files from ADP including Management Reports and set up for next cycle Review ADP output Audit Reports after processing to confirm transactions processed accurately Review ADP Multi-Jurisdictional Reports to identify and correct errors Prepare manual checks as needed between pay cycles Adjust direct deposit coding in ADP for Prenote Returns and ACH Notifications received from bank and notify employees via YREESS email Maintain central binders with back-up documentation for all manual checks, voids, reversals, and direct deposit recalls, and verify that all items have been entered into ADP PCPW Oversee maintenance and retention of all payroll records in accordance with government guidelines Answer questions from HR contacts and employees Work with Payroll Manager to investigate and resolve issues raised by HR contacts and/or employees Provide support for payroll tax (FUTA, SUTA, SIT & SUI) issues. Process and file state withholding tax forms submitted by employees Process standard reporting from ADP ReportSmith for distribution Assist in special projects as needed
Education: High school diploma required. Associate’s degree or CPP strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills and Experience: 3-5 plus years payroll experience Strong payroll systems background (ADP and ReportSmith). Excellent organizational/communication (written and verbal) skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure. Ability to multi-task effectively. Knowledgeable about State and Federal wage and tax laws. Strong Microsoft Office suite application ability (including Excel, Access and Word). Integrity and confidentiality in handling payroll information is a must. Must be able to work occasional overtime when needed.
