Incumbents are expected to continually develop skills that position them for additional responsibility and movement into new roles in 3-4 years. The position has three primary areas of responsibility: 1) Provide process and project analysis and reporting for the leadership team (Marketing Services, Performance Excellence, and Global Purchasing and Travel). Support process analysis, conduct surveys supporting customer and employee satisfaction initiatives, and complete analyses to support optimal departmental budgets, resourcing, and performance. Time estimate: 50%, primarily PEC-related.2) Provide meeting, event, communications, and ordering support for the leadership team. Time estimate: 25%3) Administer department-unique software applications, and be the Super User for IT-supported applications like Sharepoint. Interface with the IT department to support the information management requirements of the department. Time estimate: 25%Key Challenges of this position include the ability to juggle multiple priorities, accurately work well under pressure, effectively interact with diverse groups across departments, learn quickly, and efficiently support process improvements through the utilization of well organized data. Technical and Behavioral Requirements1. Bachelor’s degree required.2. Up to 2 years experience with Microsoft Office or similar software applications3. Proven written and verbal communications skills. 4. Customer focus and cross-functional collaboration/teamwork skills. 5. Ability to quickly master software applications and serve as a super-user to spread use.6. Demonstrated ability to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data and draw meaningful conclusions.7. Ability to deal effectively with confidential or proprietary information8. Experience in an office environment, and/or managing small budgets or projects – can include internships or summer employment.9. Strong competency in Customer Focus, Driving for Results, Integrity and Trust, Ethics and Values and Compassion.
