Pricing Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:   · Work with Sales Support Reps in Customer Service to resolve pricing issues. o  Load and maintain all list and contract pricing changes in QAD. o  Oversee proactive communication of all expiring contract pricing. · Work with Marketing to resolve pricing issues. o  Serve as key point person for all new product pricing throughout the year. o  Ensure that all pricing floors are regularly updated and adhered to. · Communicate with Territory Managers to determine best method for resolving pricing issues. o  Investigate and resolve short pay issues with Credit Collections due to ongoing pricing discrepancies. o  Proactively address pricing discrepancies on incoming orders with sales. · Serve as a key point person for any list pricing increases for domestic Neuro and CP products. · Execute pricing loads in compliance with auditing standards, including Territory Manager confirmation and approval requirements. · Partner with the Corporate Alliance group to coordinate GPO customers for off-contract pricing. · Publish reports to the sales force and other departments regarding pricing   This position includes backup activities including the following tasks: · Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards and the ev3 Code of Conduct. · Other duties as assigned or required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Education:  HS Diploma required; College degree preferred.   Experience:  · Formal customer service or strong customer interaction experience required. · Experience with sales personnel and other business units required.   Other skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication required. · Excellent word processing and data entry speed required. · Strong problem solving skills required. · Strong organizational and follow-up skills required. · Strong sense of ownership and pride in work required. · Awareness of group dynamics: Team player, supportive of coworkers.
