We have an immediate opportunity in our Carlsbad, CA territory for:Principal Analog Design EngineerResponsibilities: Plan/integrate DFx requirements into product design requirements specifications.Plan and coordinate system integration/test/debug.Plan and coordinate verifications and validations.Ability to be an effective leader for multidiscipline projects.Ability to analyze and resolve issues and evaluate tradeoffs to achieve overall project objectives.Ability to meet project commitments (schedule and costs).Ability to concurrently handle multiple project assignments.Ability to lead as well as participate on cross functional project teams.Interpersonal and influencing skills (across the organizational levels).Strategic thinking skills, creativity, organizing, written communications, interpersonal savvy.Requirements: This position requires a minimum of a Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering, MS preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in an engineering design environment.
