We are currently seeking a Pulmonary Specialist for our Northwestern territory, including the following cities: Chicago, IL; Minneapolis, MN; Salt Lake City, UT; Denver, CO; and Seattle, WA.  We offer an excellent compensation package and comprehensive benefits, including: competitive salary, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and tuition reimbursement.

 

JOB SUMMARY:  The Pulmonary Specialist is responsible for providing technical, product and clinical expertise/support for the Pulmonary product lines while expanding capital and rental business opportunities in non-user facilities. Reports to the Regional Director of Sales Specialists.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Work with Area Vice Presidents and Specialty Directors to identify territories having the most potential for Total Care Sport and Total Care Sport Module sales.  Work with Territory Manager/Clinical Territory Manager on specifically targeted strategic Rental Conversion opportunities.Support the field organization in pre and post TotalCare Sport and TotalCare Sport Plus sales strategies.Develop call plans and strategies with Territory Manager and Clinical Territory Manager teams to target TotalCare Sport and TotalCare Sport Plus capital opportunities and therapy penetration of the pulmonary rental product line.Support the field sales organization in identifying and overcoming barriers to pulmonary product penetration and conversion.Provide expertise to the therapy specialist’s sales process targeting Pulmonoligists, Respiratory and Clinical Nurse Specialists.Develop and maintain regional customer contact and reference list to support programs and products associated with positive patient outcomes and financial returns.Collaborate with marketing to develop/implement pulmonary selling tools, programs, and sales strategies for incremental growth in the pulmonary segment.Communicate and articulate competitive strategies, product positioning, product introductions and programs to Sales and Marketing teams.Support corporate visitation programs and regionally co-produced educational and sales programs as needed.Cultivate, develop, and support Trade Association relationships through national, regional and local support as needed to maintain market share and incrementally grow the pulmonary business. Other duties may be assigned. 



EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

 B.S./B.A. required.CCRN preferred.A minimum of 5 years previous clinical nursing in the Critical Care / ICU setting.Clinical Manager or Clinical Nurse Specialist/Educator experience preferred.80% travel required. Strong presentation and communication skill.Ability to communicate clinical /financial outcome story.Ability to articulate value propositions and product positioning of pulmonary therapies.
