Company: Ascent Healthcare Solutions Location: los angeles, CA Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Relevant Work Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Career Level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Growing Company, Great Opportunity!www.ascenths.com Ascent Healthcare Solutions has an immediate opening for Sales/Service Professional. Job Title: Regional Service Manager – RSM Territory will consist of Southern California (Los Angeles and Phoenix) RESPONSIBILITIES· Supervises the daily activities of the district field team implementing and driving the Total Account Management concept through planning, executing, and measuring processes.  · Has key responsibility to train and develop the team’s skills and abilities to achieve the district’s financial goals as well as ensures the continual revenue stream through the identifying and monitoring the district’s performance correlated to monthly district revenue targets and individual revenue goals.  · Supports and facilitates team effectiveness by coaching and motivating the field sales/service team to self-sufficiency · Builds relationships and initiates customer contact to educate medical staff on how to gain greater compliance and the associated benefits from reprocessing. To accomplish the objectives of the position, the RSM spends 70% of the time in the field with other sales and service reps, collecting, packaging and shipping used devices as well as educating hospital staff on the values of reprocessing; drives the book of business through multi-tasking, time management, and continual supporting of the team’s activities to ensure the successful achievement of the district’s revenue and business goals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a clinical setting A MUST- [ie: medical device sales rep, surgical tech, RN, LPN]. Bachelor’s degree in business or closely related field. Proven 3-5 years medical device sales or close related field. Proven team building skills – able to manage reps across a large geographical area Knowledge of healthcare facilities and hospital protocol. Clinical background (nursing, surgical technician) preferred but not mandatory. Solid business and project management experience Sound decision making skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Good driving record Able to lift up to 30 pounds comfortably.  COMPENSATION and BENEFIT· Annual Salary - $55,000 [paid out biweekly]  Annual Bonus Potential - $35,000 [paid out monthly].
