Provide administrative and technical support to the Human Resources function in a customer-oriented environment

Screen employment applications and schedule pre-employment testing.
* Coordinate and conduct interview process for hourly workforce.
* Prepare for and participate in new employee orientation
* Provide customer service to team leaders, employees and management staff
* Maintain employee and Human Resource records including job requisitions, applications and affirmative action data.
* Administer job posting program.
* Compile statistical data utilizing word processing, spreadsheet, and database software as requested..
* Exercise discretionary judgment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
* Function as switchboard relief on an as-needed basis.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School diploma plus a minimum of 3 years of practical HR generalist experience with a focus on recruitment.
* Experience in Microsoft office applications including, Excel, Word. Proficiency in Peoplesoft HRIS applications highly desirable.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced team oriented environment.
