Regional Manager - Central Region

Regional Sales Manager Job Description:
Achieve Sales results in a given geographical area. Identify and recruit a sales distribution network in the Central US Region to sell Interventional Therapies Products. Target and sell Interventional Therapies products, through local distribution channels and direct sales representatives, to Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Neuro Radiologists, Oncologists and Orthopedic Spine and Neuro Spine Surgeons.
Responsibilities:Set-up sales distribution by identifying, recruiting and managing Interventional Radiology, Oncology, Orthopedic and Surgical Spine distributors and direct sales representatives. Achieve Regional sales quota. Focus and lead distributor reps by conducting routine field visits. Initiate disciplinary actions as necessary. Establish rapport with key surgeons and institutions within your Region (target establishing). Seed product champions, competitive trends analysis, new applications and procedures, etc. Conduct training programs, and attend courses, shows, and conventions in order to establish product usage. Uphold company policies, procedures, and image. Maintain regional sales samples and company property. Make sure equipment, lot control numbers, condition and safety is accounted for. Periodically conduct physician training labs, evening symposiums and lunch education programs. Assist in creating successful sales promotional and marketing campaigns.
