Western Regional Sales Manager - Western Region

 

This is a newly created position due to our growth and will be based out of our Vista Headquarters in San Diego County.

 

Summary

 

Primary responsibilities: build, develop, and manage a sales team, manage the regional sales/distribution activity, and support the realization of assigned goals and objectives.

 

Responsibilities

 Based on measurable criteria, the Regional Manager is responsible for hiring and training of associates.  Includes planning, assigning, and directing work, evaluating performance, rewarding and giving guidance, addressing complaints and resolving problems.  Travels regularly with assigned regional sales organizations and sales representatives developing new business and expanding and maintaining current accounts.Analyzes, advises and communicates to management and staff - sales statistics, market trends, customer needs, volume potentials, price schedules, discounts, and sales campaigns.Represents Company at trade association meetings as needed to promote products.

 Requirements

 Proven successful regional management experience developing and managing a direct sales staff. Proven sales achievements with tangible medical products.Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.Ability to travel consistently throughout the western region.
