REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

 

O.R. Solutions, Inc. is a leading medical device developer of equipment for improving patient safety by controlling fluid temperatures during surgery.  Based in Northern Virginia, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on, sales professional to manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure that corporate sales objectives are met.

 

Duties will include:Supervising, motivating, and measuring existing sales team members that are located in different markets throughout the United States.Communicating corporate sales goals to the sales team and developing strategies to meet those goals.Recruiting and training additional sales team members to ensure their success.

The ideal candidate will have:Three (3) to five (5) years experience managing sales representatives, preferably in the medical device industry. The capability to motivate and instill accountability in the sales team to ensure that sales objectives are attained.The ability to train, coach, and improve current and new members of the sales team to success.Strong communication and time management skills.The ability to function in a team atmosphere, pursue aggressive goals and possess a make-it-happen attitude.
