Mechanical RMA Repair Technician - Repair World Leading Surgical Robotics Products!

As our Mechanical Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Technician, located in Sunnyvale, CA you will apply your experience preparing for and performing both simple and complex repairs on mechanical RMA assemblies in a medical device environment. Your attention to detail when performing quality inspection of mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies in a manufacturing environment will ensure your ability to grasp product knowledge as well as our company procedures. Your meticulous nature to provide accurate symptom descriptions of failures uncovered during test and calibration will be considered an asset to our company. Your first task as our Mechanical RMA Technician will be to learn our industry specific processes and procedures. Once this has occurred, you will be able to leverage your prior knowledge of good manufacturing practices with your impeccable organizational skills to accurately complete mechanical RMA repairs and provide accurate documentation. We will look to your experience with component level troubleshooting as you will work closely with our skilled engineers to identify problems and make corrections. Your expertise will directly affect our MRMA team as well as our da Vinci Surgical System customers worldwide.
