SAP Business Analyst

 5+ years business analyst or equivalent experience deploying and supporting SAP to include the ability to gather and translate business requirements into blueprinting, 3+ years project management experience • 2+ years SAP implementation experience in SD and BW • Strong experience with SAP configuration is required, including 3+ years of SAP SD configuration and the user support experience, specifically in: Sales document types, item categories and schedule line categories, Pricing procedures, pricing condition technique and various SAP pricing business scenarios o Variant configuration and Classification o Text, Output and Partner Determination, Consignment, Quote and Third Party Processing. o Familiar with Idoc, EDI, and ALE processes • Excellent understanding of Customer Master, Pricing, Order Management, Scheduling Agreements, Availability Check and Requirements, Shipping, Billing • Strong MM configuration and technical skills, including material master, variant configuration/classification, vendor master, info records, purchasing, scheduling agreements, receiving, invoice matching, goods issue/transfer, cycle counting, physical inventory • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Able to bridge communication between technical areas and business areas for a full and complete understanding of expectations • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into blueprinting • Ability to multi-task efficiently on parallel efforts • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • Strong self-starter with the ability to research and dig for data • Ability to drive requirements and project work through to closure • Experience in reviewing technical designs, and experience in code reviews - providing feedback on whether the technical design and code satisfies functional specifications • Training and experience in good test design; experience writing test cases and reviewing/approving the execution of those test cases • SAP certification in Sales & Distribution preferred • Experience with technology projects in the regulated industry preferred. • Experience in database design, MS Access, Oracle. Experience with Business Objects preferred • Experience in driving customer service, distribution business process analysis and business process improvement efforts, particularly involving utilization of information systems, is required. • Outstanding interpersonal skills with expert skills in negotiating, influencing, and consulting.
