SAP CS Business Systems Analyst
The Senior Business Systems Analyst needs to have expertise in or knowledge in the following areas: Multi-year experience with SAP in the business processes of Customer Service, Call and Order Management, Service Logistics, Contract Management, Installed Base management, Field Service.
The key performance indicators for the Senior Business Systems Analyst are:
1)Customer focus, customer intimacy and understanding of customer processes;
2)System settings documented and modifications in process documentation are applied;
3)Timely and accurate information exchange with customers, colleagues and management.
In summary the main activities of the Senior Business Systems Analyst will be:
1) Support implementation and harmonization projects:
# Business consultancy on Customer Services processes
# SAP consultancy on SAP CS modules
# Explain and defend PMS SAP kernel, Ways of working and SAP templates
# Customizing, training and workshops
# Interface and ABAP development support (specify, test, coordinate)
2) Conduct SAP CS workshops
3) Act as a senior CS consultant in projects or act as project leader / project manager for smaller projects
