We currently have an opportunity for an SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Analyst to join us. The SAP SD Analyst will be responsible for the business process documentation and system requirements gathering for ArthroCare’s SAP ECC 6.0 system. The SAP SD Analyst will have enterprise ownership for the ongoing configuration of ArthroCare’s SAP SD modules. The candidate will work with business leaders to define system requirements and make configuration changes. The candidate will also be responsible for managing business testing and sign-off. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for this position. Significant functional knowledge of the SAP ERP solution and business processes in a corporate environment is essential. Experience in business process reengineering, ERP system implementations or upgrades required.

 

Responsibilities:Definition and documentation of system requirements as determined by business owners Creation of test cases for systems, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing Coordination of user acceptance testing including planning, defect tracking and reporting, and receipt of business owner sign-offs Ability to work with FICO and MM/PP leads to ensure enterprise system qualityRegular coordination of Sarbanes-Oxley control testing Regular status reporting to IT Applications Manager

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience required. 5+ years of progressive experience including sales distribution, business analysis, requirements gathering and testing. 3+ years of configuration experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module. Experience in business process reengineering highly preferred. Outstanding verbal and written communications skills. Proven ability to excel in a dynamic environment with concurrent priorities. Wide degree of creativity and latitude expected.
