Job Description SAP Suport Analyst FI/CO This position requires knowledge of business processes and SAP within a specific area of responsibility, as defined by the position and will directly support users and corporate processes in the specific area. The person filling this job researches gaps in functionality, gathers requirements of users and presents recommendation for expansion, reconfiguration, and enhancements. Duties will include:  Supporting SAP R/3 and related software, knowledge of financial techniques, methods, and tools, GAAP & Financial Best practices, knowledge of SAP Query & Reporting capabilities, developing all process documentation for processes and procedures, participating in Help Desk function to resolve user related support calls, preparing and executing test plans for new functionality, publishing communication related to the deployment of new functionality, translating user requirements into user requests and program specifications, working with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications, developing training for end-users, leading classes to enhance user knowledge while providing educational course structure for end-users, communicating with divisional management to understand goals and direction and supporting their iniatives, monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements for site.  Travel can range from 25%-50%. This position requires an excellent grasp of industry and subject matter best practices, trends, and concepts with the ability to apply these concepts into the SAP environment and business process. Strong leadership skills, especially in the handling of Organization Change Management is strongly desired.  Knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Thermo Fisher SAP templates is required as is 3-7 years of business experience in Finance, 2-4 years of SAP experience and a 4 year degree or 5-7 years experience in related area.  This position can be based in West Palm Beach, FL, San Jose, CA or Madison, WI.PRE-EMLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK & DRUG SCREENING REQUIRED     Education: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
