Sales Administrative Assistant

Paris, France based Capsule Technologie, a leader in healthcare information technology, has opened a US headquarters in Andover, MA.  Capsule  is seeking a full time Sales Administrative Assistant.  Although Capsule is the market leading provider of biomedical device connectivity, the Andover office will have a start-up feel with 20-25 dedicated and enthusiastic professionals including software developers, marketing personnel, implementation engineers and sales.

Sales Administrative Assistant

Capsule Technologies is currently seeking a talented administrative assistant for a permanent position located in our Andover office.

You will be an integral part of the US field sales team supporting the VP of Sales for North America and his team of 5 field reps. 

Duties:  Client and customer interaction, administrative support, contract administration, parts administration, sales funnels and forecasts, misc. clerical duties and special projects. Above average initiative, detail orientation, high proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint; knowledge of database structures, and varied duties required to support a remote sales team.

Required Skills: 3-5 years administrative support in preferably a sales support role supporting multiple individual people, Microsoft mastery skills, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills both verbally and written, highly organized with the ability to prioritize daily and weekly tasks. 

Role will report to the VP of Sales, North America.
