SUMMARY

ResMed’s Learning Center is dedicated to providing training and resources to all ResMed employees. The Sales & Clinical Training Specialist is primarily responsible for the facilitation of and assisting in the development of sales, clinical and product training to ResMed employees.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Facilitation of sales, clinical and product training.Ability to sustain a high level of energy and facilitate high-impact training programs over the course of several days.Collaboration on the design & development of training programs

§ Partnering with other departments to assess training needs and deliver high impact learning solutions

§ Monitoring performance of individual trainees & providing proactive feedback throughout the duration of training programs.

§ Maintaining professional competence by attending appropriate conferences and training seminars as necessary.

§ Staying current about ResMed products, competitive products, and  sleep/respiratory industry trends. Possessing a strong working knowledge of the consultative sales process

 

§ Ability to train others on sales mechanics, overcoming objections, product positioning, and ResMed’s value proposition.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four year college or university or equivalentExperience in public speaking &/or classroom facilitationOutside sales experience in the medical field &/or clinical expertise in the area of sleep/respiratory medicine

Registrations/ Certifications/ and Professional Licenses:
-Qualified candidate must be either a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) who is registry eligible, or Registered Nurse (RN) or LVN/LPN who is Registry eligible.
-Must be qualified to be licensed in the State of California 

TRAVELThis position requires 10-20% travel Overnight and some weekend travel is expected
