Sales Consultant / Account Manager
H-Wave® is seeking an accomplished sales representative in Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas. The ideal applicant has a strong, proven sales success in account management, cold calling, presenting, and closing the deal. A desire for extensive patient interaction and comfort dealing with physicians, therapists and patients is also necessary. Travel is limited to your immediate territory with the exception of periodic Regional Meetings and an Annual Corporate Meeting. Although experience in medical sales or the medical field may be a plus, extensive outside sales experience and success in any field are key elements in the selection process.

Duties include:
Develop a sales plan and identify target doctors/therapists in the territory.Schedule appointments and present the H-Wave® product/services to physicians, therapists, and individuals in the healthcare industry. Effectively manage accounts, maintain long-term relationships with clinicians, and promote the recommendation of home H-Wave® devices to injured patients.Consistently closing the deal is a daily requirement as clinicians give orders for the device directly to you the sales consultant.Treating patients with the H-Wave® device, demonstrating success, and instructing patients in clients’ offices on how to use the device at home.
Extensive corporate training and field support is provided to ensure success. We’re looking for a highly motivated, organized, energetic individual with excellent communication skills. Outside sales experience is necessary (3+ years). Target market includes: orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, physical medicine physicians, occupational medicine physicians, pain specialists, physical and occupational therapists and those in the workers compensation markets.
Territory: Pittsburgh, PA, and surrounding areas.
Compensation: $50,000 Base salary, plus monthly bonuses based on performance;
Unlimited Commission Potential, Paid Vacation, Health Insurance, Matching 401K, Profit Sharing, and other incentives (trips, bonuses, etc.).
