JOB DESCRIPTION:
Support Sales Education training programs with logistical planning and coordination, and provide on-site support as required for programs. Provide communications support for the programs. Work with the course facilitators to develop agendas and schedule faculty. Provide administrative support to Director, Sales Education.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with Course Facilitators on program locations, agendas, supplies, meeting room set up, etc.Work with Director of Sales Education to secure suitable contracts with hotels, conference centers, etc.Manage the program registration process.Coordinate food and beverage requirements.Manage all group travel logistics.Develop administrative policies and procedures for the Sales Ed Team.Provide administrative support for Director, Sales Education and department as directed.Track department budgets, maintain log of expenditures and issue final cost analysis; issue charge backs as required.Responsible for all correspondence and communications relating to programs - faculty, attendees, Stryker Ortho field and internal employees.Provide on-site program support as needed.Consistently demonstrate core and job specific capabilities.Administer programs and reports on LMS (E-3) as requiredStryker is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce.To read more about Stryker, please visit our website at www.stryker.com
