SALES ENGINEER SUMMARY
Responsible for medical and business-related software and hardware pre-sale and post-sale support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct Internet-based product demonstrations, training and technical support. Occasional travel to trade shows and customer sites to conduct live product demonstrations, training and support.Assist in the development of training and support materials.Work as a conduit between Product Development, Customer Service, Technical Services and Sales.Identify, document and track product enhancements, upgrades, issues, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Minimum 5 years experience as a system engineer, sales engineering or a similar function. Experience with a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Travel approximately 25%.
