Job Description

 

Join a team with a winning attitude in a fast moving, highly energetic and business causal environment.  Our goal is to create an environment in which the best people do their best work.  As a Sales Operations Administrator you will be responsible for the following activities:Answer telephone calls and support the sales teams globally.Being a part of the Sales Operations team which takes on specialty projects for design and development for potential implementation in subsidiaries and the field.Being a part of the Sales Operations team focusing on process improvements.Interface closely with various departments.Being a part of the contracts and pricing teams.Support GPO and IDN environments.Respond to daily email and inquires from sales team. Interface with distributors and International Subsidiaries.

Job Requirements



 

This position requires the following skills and attributes:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  .Able to type 55 wpm.High degree of professionalism; impeccable customer service/interpersonal skills.Able to take initiative.Must be a team player.Must be flexible, creative, and embrace change. Strong attention to detail, efficient, and adept at streamlining and organizing.2+ years experience supporting a team.Excellent computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.

The following skills are preferred:College Degree.
