Sales Support Representative

This position is located at our manufacturing facility in Plymouth, MN. RESPONSIBILITIES:   · Enter incoming phone, fax and sales rep based customer orders. · Support the field sales reps in their daily activities. · Trunk stock inventory management. · Consignment inventory management. · Interact with Regional and Area sales management for necessary transaction approvals. · Weekly sales rep mailings. · Sales rep marketing material shipments. · Process customer and sales rep returns. · Support Marketing and Sales initiatives such as new product launches and trunk stock and consignment audits. · Comply with applicable FDA and international regulatory laws/standards and the ev3 Code of Conduct. · Other duties as assigned or required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   Education:  College degree preferred.   Experience:  · Formal customer service or strong customer interaction experience required. · Experience with sales personnel, sales management and other business units required.   Other skills: · Excellent written and verbal communication required. · Excellent word processing and data entry speed required. · Strong organizational and follow-up skills required. · Strong sense of ownership and pride in work required. · Awareness of group dynamics: Team player, supportive of coworkers.
