Sales Training Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Job Title:  CMF Sales Training Manager

 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

·  Assists with the development of educational materials and implementation of educational activities.

 

 

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Assists with:

·  Coordination and implementation of all educational activities including:

o Serve as faculty

o Development of curriculum and agenda

o Planning, administration and post-course follow-up

o Oversee lab set-up for practical exercises

o Preparation of hand-outs

o Preparation of agenda for regional and annual sales meetings as needed

·  Field Training Program

o Development and maintenance of a structured field training program based on the needs of new consultants with feedback from the Regional Managers and current Consultant Field Trainers

o Manage and lead field training functions

o Maintain and improve (as necessary) field training reporting mechanism and records

o Provide Field Trainers with formal training and direction

o Prepare and manage field training budget

o Manage ORP grant program

 

Ongoing Activities:

·  Maintain, develop and enhance new hire training materials

·  Coordinate lab supplies in conjunction with Cross Company Training Lab Assistant including:

o Implant and instrument sets

o Bone inventory

o Lab hand-outs

·  Coordinate classroom materials and supplies including:

o Bone models

o Anatomic models

o Display sets

o Maintains competitive binder and product in conjunction with product development department

·  Provides technical support for consultants, customers and customer service

·  Serves as consultant, with Product Development and Graphics Production for development of printed technical material

·  Reviews and analyzes current literature and summarizes information for in-house and field personnel.

 

AO ASIF Activities:

·  Coordinates new consultant attendance at AO ASIF courses

·  Coordinates new consultant activities at AO ASIF courses

·  Serves as table instructor for new consultants as needed

 

 

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

·  Bachelors degree or equivalent.  Corresponding experience in training, sales or education may be substituted for degree

 

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

·  Candidate must possess strong presentation, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills

·  20-40% travel

·  Technical writing and curriculum development experience preferred

·  Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to:

o Microsoft Windows, Word and Outlook

o Excel

o PowerPoint

·  Knowledge of company’s systems preferred
