JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position will be responsible for the oversight and management of Stryker Orthopaedics consultant management payment activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and to a set of internal policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review payments to consultants to ensure they are in compliance with policies and procedures.Match supporting documentation to payment requests for accuracy and completeness.Ensure payments to consultants are made within the guidelines of the terms and conditions of the contract agreements.Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures to ensure Stryker Orthopaedics is in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.Work closely with Stryker Orthopaedics Division s Finance, Marketing, and Sales personnel to facilitate the processing of consultant payments on a timely basis.Provide clear guidance for corrective actions for all payment requests not in compliance with applicable requirements or contract agreements.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Demonstrated ability to create and manage processes and procedures.Demonstrated writing skills and ability to effectively convey ideas in both written and oral presentation formats.Demonstrated analytical skills.Financial audit or Internal Audit experience highly preferred.EDUCATION:
