Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery. Load and unload medical equipment. Load and unload VAC products and supplies into KCI vans. Process delivery and pick-up documentation as required. Ensure all routine vehicle maintenance is completed and records maintained in accordance with KCI USA Policy. Maintain vehicle appearance to KCI USA standards. Clean, disinfect, and QC VAC’s, using cleaners and solvents in accordance with KCI USA Policy. Perform routine housekeeping duties. Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by management. Conforms to, supports and enforces all KCI policies and procedures. Basic Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Four years of related work experience. Two years of service-related work experience. Experience with Microsoft applications including Word. Other Requirements: Must pass all applicable Department of Transportation physical requirements and KCI functional assessments. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass a MVR review/inspection. Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and training functions when required. Must have willingness and ability to work extended work week, including some evenings and weekends. Ability to work independently and elicit support and co-operation of co-workers. Must present a positive image of KCI USA through adherence to account protocol and presentation of professional behavior at all times when interacting and interfacing with customers and employees. Good communication and proper business etiquette skills. Prior customer service experience or aptitude.  Essential Functions:This job exists to deliver and pick up company equipment, including beds. In addition must be able to work with solvents and disinfecting products and vans. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull objects using up to 135 pounds of force and drive van to make deliveries and pick-ups.
