Job Description:

The company is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join their Germantown, TN facility.  The Service Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations as well as a team of Field Service Technicians.  The Service Manager will also be responsible for service revenue, spare parts, shop equipment, contracts, staffing and scheduling.

 

Requirements:

· BS in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics preferred.

· Prior Military Experience a plus+.

· 5+ years in service and service management.

· Experience managing medical electronics preferred.

· Good electronics, computer, networking skills. 

· Strong written, verbal and organizational skills.

· Sales and Customer Service Skills a plus!
